Hi, I’m Lauren, the owner and esthetician behind Luxe Skin by Lu! 🤍 My love for beauty and skincare started long before I ever became an esthetician. When I was a little girl, my dad and I even created our own chapstick brand called “Lulu Guru.” Looking back, it feels like the sweetest little beginning to what would eventually become my passion and career. I’ve always loved making people feel beautiful, but esthetics showed me that it’s about so much more than how you look—it’s about how you feel in your own skin. My favorite part of what I do is helping my clients feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely good about themselves. Creating Luxe Skin by Lu has allowed me to turn something I’ve loved since I was little into something I get to share with others. I want every person who walks through my door to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and even more beautiful in their own skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
Luxe Skin by Lu Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients wanting appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service booked. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always try to work with my clients when possible. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business 🤍
