Luxe Skin by Lu Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients wanting appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service booked. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given.
